The two-floor apartment features an irregular shape extending lengthwise, with no windows on the south side and two separate wings on the upper floor, which are united on the ground floor. The core of the project is the double-height living area which is dominated by a massive marble wall separating the dining area from the living room, which supports a lightweight wood and glass stair that appears partially suspended. The master bedroom is on the same floor and appears as an independent block with a small den. The guest bedroom is located above the living room and has a small private terrace. The floor is made of recycled antique wood and the kitchen is custom-built.
