Interior design - built
The design concept was the coffee-shop, and the reference is clearly to the American coffee shops of the 1950’s. The corner building determined the design approach towards the context and the relationship between inside and outside. The three sides along the street are completely glazed so that the life of the city blends into and overrides the life inside the bar and vice-versa. The entire project is composed of a small number of elements, but they are highly symbolic and are composed to give the perception of a clearly defined and well-identified space, emphasized by a predominant use of graphics.
