The brief for the project was to assess the benefit for the client, a development company, of investing in a typical and versatile residential typology in the Veneto region (the two-family home) considering not only cost limitations as dictated by the real-estate market, but the use of a vernacular language at the service of a comfortable and sustainable lifestyle.
