Respecting the client's intent, the project proposes and verifies a plan to regenerate and reuse the vast area of the Burci along the right-hand bank of the Sile River at the edge of the historic city centre of Casier, where various functions pertaining to tourism and hospitality would be located, with collective spaces for leisure activities (sports and others), private but open to public use. The core of the project is a large new public pedestrian piazza, centrally located on the site and connected directly to the historic Piazza S.Pio X, to create a unified urban system along the banks of the Sile River.
