The projects fits harmoniously into the "prosecco hills", with typical features borrowed from rural architecture. It consists of 4 independent row houses with separate entries and privately-owned gardens at the front and back. The building is three stories tall and features an underground level for the garages. It appears as a single block with volumes, loggias and recessed and/or stepped walls that allow it to interact with the context.

Particular attention was paid to the design of the interior spaces so they might dialogue with the outdoors: on the ground floor is the daytime area with living room and kitchen, featuring ample windows that open the space up entirely from north to south, while the bedroom area is on the upper floor, with dedicated loggias and terraces. The choice of materials includes ceramic wood and brick walls.
