It is a sixteenth-century building developed on three floors and ground floor between via Santa Margherita and Rivale Filodrammatici with the main façade on via Santa Margherita. The plaster and the external finishes of this façade were probably carried out between the second and third decade of the twentieth century when the building was bought by the Calandri, who made it the headquarters of the first telephone exchange in the Treviso area.
