The main theme of the project was the renovation of the façade and offices in a classic factory building located along a main traffic artery. The company's core business is the production of agricultural machinery. The façade onto the street is the one that creates the first impression, it is the first to suggest an atmosphere and to reflect the company values. Therefore, corten cladding was selected as a material that could convey a powerful image. The existing façade is a compact block with simple ribbon windows. The goal was to break it up in order to provide a new image: the cladding was divided into horizontal strips of different sizes and thicknesses that run in succession to create awnings and overhangs with sun shades.
