This project explores the possibility of a different lifestyle for a commercial type of building starting from the specific constraints established by the building regulations, and considerations on energy and the market, with the purpose of limiting costs. The architecture, from this point of view, restores an indoor and outdoor domesticity which had progressively been lost in the standardization of this type of mixed residential-commercial buildings.
